WHAT DOES NUTRITION AND FITNESS COACHING LOOK LIKE IN PRACTICE?

Your nutrition and fitness coach will support you throughout the sessions make healthier food, fitness and lifestyle choices to improve your health and well-being and to help you achieve the desired results. Throughout the process, your coach will teach you how to work with the principles of nutrition to ensure you are eating a delicious and well balanced diet. In partnership with your coach you will create an action plan that will assist you in developing simple lifestyle habits and patterns that will support the sustainability of your changes. Each session and plan is unique to you, and customized to your needs.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Engaging in nutrition and fitness coaching, you will meet with your coach for approximately 6-8 weeks (however, treatment can be extended if the client wants more sessions). These weekly sessions last for an hour.


During your sessions, you will explore:

  • Food- Your habits, values & optimum nutrition 

  • Sleep- Cultivating a safe sleep schedule 

  • Promoting and maintaining self-care activities

  •  Improving your energy levels

  •  Create an exercise schedule that works for you

  • Discovering your unique work/life balance to minimize stress and increase well-being
