Keelin takes complex psychological theories, breaks them down and brings them to life in a playful manner that is easy for anyone to understand. She is personable and ingratiating in her approach. Instead of lecturing the group, she was hands on, humble and collaborative in the classroom- I found this quite refreshing and different from anything I’ve experienced before! She taught straightforward yet powerful techniques that were easy to integrate into my busy lifestyle. I saw an immediate improvement in my own wellbeing! Very fun, useful and meaningful!
