About the Pain Management Programme

This 8-module course uses highly acclaimed evidence-based somatic and mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapies designed to help you lessen the impact of pain on your well-being and quality of life.

The programme will teach you proven skills and strategies for managing pain and show you how to work with your thoughts, emotions, diet and behaviours to improve your wellbeing and personal effectiveness.

What's included?

Both live meetings and extra recorded content are included in this course. Whether you learn best in an interactive space or in your own time, or both, we have you covered. Lessons are designed to ensure you get the most out of the course.

1. Two Zoom Sessions Over One Weekend

In these sessions, you will have access to psychological specialists who will guide you through the learning and answer any questions you may have. Please note these sessions are not mandatory. If you do not attend or miss a lesson, you will receive a copy of it after the group call ends.

2. Mindfulness Audios

Tools to assist you in overcoming challenges.

3. Interactive videos and worksheets

Resources to teach your core skills.
